Timeshares in Croatia

In recent years, Croatia's increasing reputation as a luxurious vacation destination has spawned an exponential growth in the country's timeshare industry.

Vacation property ownership is becoming a favored method of accommodation in Croatia because they secure owners with prepaid, weeklong lodgings every year or every other year.

In a timeshare arrangement, you buy the right to spend one or two weeks in an apartment or villa on the Croatian coast. This can be convenient and cost-effective if you plan to visit Croatia regularly, particularly if you come with friends or family.

However, as the industry continues to grow, the rates for timeshares sales are also becoming elevated. Individuals looking to buy a vacation property may want to look into resale. When resorts sell timeshare directly, the price is often inflated to cover expenses like marketing fees and salesmen's commissions. Timeshare resale, on the other hand, can often be purchased for thousands less than one might spend at the resort.
