Bus schedule from Zadar to Split

Postby hmv1119 » Fri Jul 17, 2009 7:06 pm

I am desperately trying to find a schedule with fare information and the one I found allowed me to translate to English but of course the actual schedule is in Croatian. Is this the best way to get to Split? I did speak with rep at Rail Euro but the only one they had was completely booked. I'm traveling on either 5 or 6 of August.

Also if it doesn't seem like I can get to Split easily. Would I be able to go from Zadar to Hvar and skip Split altogether? If so, what would be my options there?

And lastly, I will have to get to Zagreb from Dubrovnik on 12 August. We fly out the 14th and the airlines are insanely priced although if worse came to worse...

Any help there?

THANKS SO MUCH, we're leaving on the 30th and I'm beginning to freak out about not having everything together.
Hope

Hi!
It's very, very easy to get from Zadar to Split; there are about a dozen buses a day--at least. You can't book online but you can buy your ticket at the bus station when you get to Zadar.

You can't get from Zadar to Hvar without passing through Split.

From Zagreb to Dubrovnik there are a few buses a day. Croatia Airlines has a number of direct flights a day between the two cities.

Good luck!
