Croatia has recently been added to the Eurail pass system,
making Croatia an easy country to visit as part of your European rail
journey.
The Eurailpass offers
consecutive-day travel in the 18 European countries
of the Eurail Network. You can choose from 15 day, 21 day, 1 month,
2 month or 3 month passes, and travel as many times as you want
within your pass limit. There are far too many combinations to list
here but following are the main passes

of 26.

You can also pick and choose which
countries you would like to include in your pass. For example, there's
an Eurail
Austria/Slovenia/Croatia Pass with
the following possibilities :
1st class rail travel within Austria, Croatia and Slovenia for
4 to 10 days within 2 months.
1st class rail travel within Austria, Croatia and Slovenia for
4 to 10 days within 2 months. The Saver Pass is
valid for 2 or more people traveling together and gives a discount
on the price for the individual travelers.
Eurail
Austria and Slovenia/Croatia Youthpass offers
2nd-class rail travel within Austria, Croatia and Slovenia for 4
to 10 days within 2 months. Youth Passes are exclusively for those
who are under 26 years old on the first day of validity of their
Pass.
There's also a Hungary,
Croatia and Slovenia Pass with
the following possibilities:
1st class rail travel within Hungary, Croatia and Slovenia for
5, 6, 8 or 10 days within 2 months.

Hungary and Slovenia/Croatia Youthpass offers

their Pass.
There's also a Eurail
Selectpass which
allows travel among bordering countries such as Croatia/Slovenia,
Italy, Austria and Hungary. It's available for solo travellers, couples
and groups, and young people.

For a rail pass valid
only for train travel in Croatia, there's the Croatia
Rail Pass which
offers the following:
- Available for 3, 4, 6 or 8 days of travel within a 1-month period
- Available in 1st and 2nd class (Adult Pass)
- A reduced-price Pass (Youth Pass) is available
for travelers under 26 years of age (2nd class only)
- A reduced-price senior pass is available for
those over 60
- Children through 3 years of age travel for free,
except if a reservation for a separate seat is requested
- Children aged 4 through 11 years receive a 50% discount
on the full fare
