After years of declining revenues, Croatian ferry operator, Jadrolinija, cancelled the coastal ferry line in 2014 but now it's coming back! At the end of 2016, Jadrolinija announced that the coastal ferry will be back in service for 2017. The proposed route will connect Rijeka with Split, Stari Grad (Hvar Island) Korcula and Dubrovnik.

As the route was seasonal only for the last few years before its termination, it's reasonable to suppose that it will only be in service during the summer season and perhaps not on a daily basis.

The official schedule has not yet been published but subscribe to my newsletter and you'll be alerted as soon as it is available.
