Squid & Cuttlefish Salad, Kvarner style
250g squid (calamari)
250g cuttlefish
300g potatoes
1/2 finely chopped onion
3 cloves finely minced garlic
1 tblsp chopped parsley
4 tblsp olive oil
1 tblsp vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
Serve at room temperature.
