There are not a lot of direct flights to Pula that run all year but from May to October there are quite a few low-cost carriers that fly directly to Pula from a number of cities in the UK and Germany as well as a smattering of other European countries.

This year Jet2.com will have flights between Pula and Edinburgh, Manchester, Leeds and London (Stansted).
Croatia Airlines will connect Pula to Paris, Frankfurt and other German cities and Scandanavian Airlines connects Pula to Stockholm and Copenhagen.
Easyjet will connect Pula with London (Gatwick, Southend), Basel, Bristol, Liverpool, Milan, Paris and Berlin.
Croatia Airlinesconnects Pula with Zadar and Dubrovnik; Trade Air connects Pula with Split which is a great way to combine Istria and the Dalmatian coast in one holiday.
A shuttle bus meets all incoming flights and takes you to central Pula, Verudela, Medulin, Fazana and Rovinj.
