The "Vis" often handles this route
This car ferry runs regularly throughout the year and is the only car ferry between Dubrovnik and the Elaphiti islands. The island of Lopud is pedestrian only so naturally there is no disembarking of vehicles there. You can take your bike though!
Foot passengers should check out the Dubrovnik-Elaphiti Islands timetable.
It's difficult to see all three Elaphiti Islands on public ferry alone. Consider taking a relaxing Elaphiti Islands day tour to see them all.
This car ferry is run by Jadrolinija. You can buy tickets online, at any Jadrolinija office or at this office in Dubrovnik, on the port:

Prices for car and passengers are available on Jadrolinija.
