The Pescara-Hvar- ferry is no longer running as of 2016. In 2015 the route ran to Bol, Hvar and Vela Luka but no longer!

Your best bet is to either drive up the coast to Ancona (about 1 1/2 hrs) or take the train (a little over one hour). From Ancona, here are the ferry possibilities this year:

Ancona-Split

Ancona-Zadar

Ancona- Stari Grad (Hvar)

Or, you can drive south to Bari and take the ferry:

Bari-Dubrovnik
