The 15-minute long Orebic-Domince car ferry is a vital connection between Korcula Island and the coast and it runs all year. It's the only car ferry to Korcula town although there are car ferries to Vela Luka on the other side of the island. There's also a year-round passenger ferry between Orebic and Korcula town.

From Orebic, you can drive across the Peljesac peninsula, crossing the Peljesac Bridge to the mainland. It's a good solution if you're travelling up the coast to Split but if you're going south to Dubrovnik you might as well drive down the Peljesac peninsula.
Another option is to take a tour to Korcula. Departures are from Split and Dubrovnik.
